Privacy Policy

• Account information: your e-mail address and name, and if you sign in with Google or Canva, the basic profile and account identifier those services share with us.
• Content you upload and the results we create: images, videos, prompts and the generated outputs, so we can process them and show them in your history.
• Billing information: plan, payment status and billing history. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and device data: pages and tools you use, timestamps, IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, and error logs.
• Messages you send us, for example support e-mails.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploads or outputs to train our own AI models.

• to provide the tools you use, including sending your uploads to the AI providers that process them;
• to run your account, usage limits and subscription, and to process payments;
• to answer support requests and send service e-mails (receipts, billing problems, important changes);
• to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to payment disputes;
• to understand how the Service is used and improve it, mostly in aggregate.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini and Stability AI) that process the images, videos and prompts you submit;
• Stripe, for payments and subscription billing;
• Canva and Google, when you choose to sign in or use our apps through them;
• hosting and cloud storage providers, and Resend for sending e-mail;
• Google Analytics, for aggregate usage statistics.

We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal request, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or us. If our business is sold or merged, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure usage (Google Analytics). You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features, such as staying signed in, will not work without them.

We keep account data and your history while your account is active. You can delete items from your history at any time. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data and content within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes (such as payment records), which we keep only as long as needed for those purposes.

You can access and update your account details in the Service. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it for a particular purpose, by e-mailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and short-lived links for stored files. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; tell us at [email protected] if you notice anything suspicious.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
